    To support the TIENS Europe Region Business Development Team in our Region Headquarter in Berlin we are looking as soon as possible for a
    Chinese speaking Business Development & Customer Service Coordinator (m/f)
    to support the Business Development Department and the European markets with coordination and input for a successful implementation of all Customer Service policies and programs.
    Your main tasks
    * Working closely with the Region and Business Development leadership for TIENS Europe Region to offer a high-quality service to our Direct Selling Distributors
    * Coordinating the implementation of Global customer service policies in the Europe Region HQ and all Branch Offices
    * Monitoring and optimizing of Business support and Customer Service processes in the Branch Offices
    * Initializing FAQs for any business / customer service related policies, promotions and sales incentive plans
    * Providing regular reports on the Customer Service work within all European organizations
    * Supporting distributors with questions on the full business range
    * Assisting the management in providing constructive feedback and proposals on achievements, issues and constraints, etc.
    * Providing customer service training to Branch Office staff
    Your profile
    * University degree in a business related discipline or similar
    * 2-3 years of work experience in Customer Service
    * Very good user skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
    * Excellent presentation and communication skills
    * Experience in CRM analysis and business analysis is preferred
    * Able to work independently as well as a team-player
    * Fast learner, who is eager to work in an international environment
    * Availability for business travel
    * Fluent Chinese and excellent English language (speaking-listening-writing) skills
