You will work without oversight and within a team during all project phases.Your responsibilityAn expert in implementing Servicenow in business and ITSM customer projects, you will analyse business requirements, design architecture solutions and formalize ITIL and business processes for ITSM solution integration within our customer environments. You will manage the project dev team in parameterising, scripting, testing and formatting. In addition to writing business implementation documentation and supporting customers during operation, migration and deployment phases, you will support the sales team in pre-sales activities and will lead projects from scope definition to sign-off.Your backgroundStrongly customer-focused IT graduate (HF / FH) offering a high level of serviceExperience of Servicenow administrationOperational experience in one or more business & ITIL processesITIL V3 certifiedPractical & proven track record in software development based on the Servicenow frameworkAble to communicate in both written and spoken French and English.
