Innovative process design starting with early R&D, they would be very keen on onboarding a talented bioprocess design specialist demonstrating strong business acumen as this role is more a strategic modelling position than an operational MS&T one. If you are able to demonstrate a strong track record in transformational initiatives implementation for biopharmaceuticals products development, you are the talent my client is looking for. Your missions in the deployment of this value-driven process architecture: •With at least 8 to 10 years' experience at process development on biologics or vaccines products, you will be requested to collaborate closely with the technical leaders & your team to bring new approaches able to increase the value of development processes. Reporting directly to the Director responsible for this value-centric initiative, you will enter a career path conducing you to be his successor within the next few years. •Responsibilities:•Your business acumen & appetite for increased efficiency will allow you to effectively support the implementation of a value-driven design of future and review of current manufacturing processes so as to ensure quicker speed to market, higher cost effectiveness & efficient product & competition differentiation. •In this senior leadership position, you will set up a transversal activity and organization that guides product development, product introduction and life cycle management by reviewing, designing and proposing process architecture improvements for the whole organisation of my client, from lab to commercial scales. English is the only mandatory language requirement as many expatriates are already working within the teams of my client. Background you need to demonstrate to secure an interview with my client:PhD educated in a relevant life science or engineering degree, a MBA would be highly desirable so as to convince my client of your business acumen & ability to bring value added to their organization. •You would need to demonstrate hands-on process development for biologics from lab to pilot & commercial scales so as to be able to advise on the best process architecture to implement. •Most important in this role would be your ability to demonstrate a strong ability to understand valuation methods for products & portfolio.
