From our early days as an academic CNS research organization in the 1980s to the formation of INC in 1998 to where we are today, we've continued to improve what we do.
We are currently looking to strengthen our Human Resources team and are seeking an Associate Director, Human Resources to be based in our Warsaw office in Poland.
A brief summary of duties you will be involved in as a member of the senior management in the Human Resources department: - Interacts and consults with other senior and executive management such as the CEO/COO/President/CFO regarding the human resources function of the Company. - Provides consultation on all strategic areas of human resources. - Serves as subject matter expert on federal, state, and local laws and statutes, while ensuring necessary revisions are drafted in company policy/procedure and employee handbooks. - Assists with the administration of all Global Human Resources policies and procedures. - Directs and supervises procedures related but not limited to: compensation, HR recordkeeping, performance appraisal process/system, employment classifications, actions and terminations. - Assists and/or oversees procedures related to recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and other related areas of human resources. - Oversees the performance appraisal process in assigned countries or business units. - Line management responsibilities for staff members.
To succeed in this role you will need the following skills/experience: - BA/BS in human resources, business management or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience plus extensive management experience in human resources. - The ability to demonstrate sound leadership skills is required. - Human resources experience in the following areas required: employee relations, HR compliance, HR policy and procedure design, HRIS, compensation, metrics, immigration, payroll administration, and training presentation design and delivery. - Requires a thorough knowledge and application of employment laws in appropriate countries. CRO or pharmaceutical, and international experience preferred.
