Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are currently recruiting for a Artworks Coordinator for a permanent role.
The Artwork Coordinator will be the point of contact and is responsible for the project management of all artwork update projects for a defined region within the organisation. The Artwork Coordinator will manage their own project plans to ensure that the Artwork Studio creates on time and in full artworks and all projects are delivered to market on time. They will also be responsible for the coordination of activities for all parties involved (Artwork Studio, RA, AGI and APIL Supply Chain) to ensure clear communication of project goals and timelines thus preventing re-work and excessive on-cost. The Artwork Coordinator goals and objectives will be set in line with the company vision and competencies.
Coordinate Regional Projects Action Plans
Manage all Copy Change Requests (CR's) for their region Region specific point contact for RA on CR review and approval Ensure all region specific CR's are reviewed and approved in line with Regulatory Implementation and Supply requirements Point of contact for region specific CR queries Update Project Trackers with new projects on CR approval Report CR performance metrics for the region. Manages the implementation timelines of their copy changes Agrees implementation requirements with RA Plans and manages projects around the agreed implementation timelines and planning schedules. Liaises with Planning, Manufacturing and Artwork Studio Ensures artworks are released to site on time to meet implementation Requirements Anticipates and seeks resolution of issues Documents decisions on the issue log Coordinates status report for all parties Supports Artwork capacity management with the Artwork Manager and other Artwork Coordinators.
Cross Functional Communication ?
Facilitates communication within project team Coordinates face to face meetings and project conference calls for their projects and region. Prepares appropriate project status communication within and outside the project team.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Manages all quality records on Trackwise to ensure on time closure Proactively engage within Department to improve and maintain compliance and audit ready status Work cross functionally to identify process improvement areas Prepare and update documentation, as required, for compliance and continuous improvement projects. Manage and report at 1-1s monthly metrics and KPIs
To be aware of current developments and issues in information technology by reading current literature and keeping abreast of new developments. To assume responsibility for his/her own professional development.
A minimum of relevant Science degree and/or a minimum of 5 years Artwork Coordination experience in a Pharmaceutical environment Solid understanding of regulatory/ quality requirements for Artwork Management Experience of working in accordance with quality standards e.g. GMP Demonstrated strategic mind-set and strong business acumen Detail orientation and focus on accuracy Ability to manage multiple copy change projects whilst ensuring Compliance and Supply to Market requirements are always met.
