Procurement Manager with French Localization: Wroclaw Ref: JO-1506-310806 Job summary The role encompasses monitoring day to day operations, projects, stake holder management, people management, job allocation. The key to the role is expertise in procurement, operations management, high level quality communication, strong technical skills and output on a timely basis to key stake holders. Essential Functions of the Job: • Working with global counterparts on the work allocated, supervise daily operational work, including work allocation, • Liase with global counterpart on follow ups and day to day operational dependencies. • Monitor performance of the client process by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports. • Perform as a trainer, train the team on procurement techniques and methodology • Communicate with external contacts and internal personnel to resolve open issues • Handle request for ad hoc request from clients, operations and interact with internal and external Client personnel to verify information • Conduct monthly connects on Operations review with leadership and business partners • Report, develop and implement new procedures to ensure enhanced and effective operational efficiency • Identify opportunities to share/adopt process standardization and industry best practices • Identify and implement process improvement ideas, identify gaps and suggest process improvements • Maintain regular interaction with the clients, liase with operations leadership and with the management under the account management framework • Seek opportunities to enhance scope of work Knowledge and Skills Requirements: • Procurement expert with at least 8-10 years of experience in handling projects, operations and teams • Fluent English • Fluent French • Experience of e-procurement technologies (SAP would be beneficial but not essential) • Possess good stakeholder management skills, has the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, win trust and support for procurement initiatives • Good project management expertise, ability to plan and execute key project deliverables • Understand end to end procurement process of the country/region and suggest work flow, tools requirement and assist in tool design. • Problem- Solving- ability to understand objectives, identify obstacles, implement alternative solutions If you are interested please send your application to: email@example.com Kontakt: Aplikuj teraz Ogłoszenie pochodzi z serwisu Jobs.pl .
