On behalf of our Client, a global GSS newly to be established in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Transition Manager.
Your new role
Holding the position of Transition Manager you will be expected to manage the change project from current (local) way of working to new (centralized GSS) way of working for a country, drive the implementation of the new GSS processes as closely to the global standard as possible, as well as to design and document any potential deviation from global standards. The main focus during migration process will be to lead workshops (max 8-10 participants) presenting standard processes, steer discussion around required country specific deviations and to coordinate Knowledge Transfer / Work shadowing. The position also requires travelling and reporting directly to GSS Program Director.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree and at least 3 years of experience in projects and/or process design (AP, AR, GL, HR, Payroll). Confidence and interpersonal skills to reach out and interact with different stakeholders as well as drive to lead a small transition team and multiple stakeholders are a must. What is more good communication skills in English are required. The ideal Candidate will be team-oriented with high-energy level and the ability to inspire and motivate, moreover results orientation and methodical approach are needed.
