On this position you will be responsible for
taking over various business and project management related responsibilities, supporting, guiding and coaching a team of around 10 specialists to achieve their performance goals. You will be also responsible for managing various stakeholders in cross- cultural environment. As a TL your tasks will be also related with recruiting, developing and retaining great people together with the functional team leads and manage various ad hoc administrative related tasks in line with internal policies and legal requirements
To success in this recruitment process you need to
hold a university master’s degree in Finance, business administration or technical background and have 4+ years of experience in similar project management/ leadership position. Have proven relationship management skills and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with your internal customers It is also very important for you to have very good analytical, reporting and project management skills and have great communication skills in English. Knowledge of German would be an asset as well as banking business and processes.
