On behalf of our Client, the company which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Wrocław, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of a Supply Base Compliance Specialist.
Your new role
As an Supply Base Compliance Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the client's Global Product Stewardship team with REACH and CLP related reporting requirements to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). You will assist with the data preparation by consolidating, linking and following up on information, monitor and update ECHA related systems as needed, track and report on the status of the submissions to ECHA.
Also, you should be able to manually enter and submit required data directly on-line or via INCLID to ECHA and provide other data support to the Global Product Stewardship Team as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a university degree (educational background in chemistry will be an advantage) and good working knowledge of MS Excel and Windows environment skills. Exposure to international shared service environment and ability to operate in an international environment and work within tight deadlines will be a great advantage. A good candidate would need to be well organized, service orientated team player who is capable of working independently. Fluency in English is a must.
