Process Improvement Coordinator Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl Your new company On behalf of our Client, a global SSC newly established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Process Improvement Coordinator. Your new role Holding the position of Process Improvement Coordinator you have to plan and support wave transition based on the overall program plan, collect and report transition risks and issues on the regular basis. The specialist will be required to coordinate and report daily progress during wave transition ,manage daily activities and workload during knowledge capture and knowledge transfer. Moreover, duties of the Coordinator will include motivate and support the transition team before and during wave transition and assure process compliance after wave transition. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you should have experience in the participation in activities in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and proven ability to work as part of a project team. Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must. Moreover the ideal Candidate should have process migration experience and willingness to travel. Project management skills and ability to work under target pressure are also required.
