Payroll Specialist with French Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl For our Client, a global company which has a Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are seeking Candidates with a strong competency in French and previous experience in Payroll. If you want to develop your professional skills in Payroll area, please find below more information about the position offered: The successful Candidate will be responsible for verification of payroll inputs (new hire information, exiting employees’ information, compensation and benefits changes, Time and Absence records) that are sent to the payroll vendor through a system generated auto feed; tracking deductions and providing these inputs to the payroll vendor. He/ she will also be accountable for the verification of the final salary register, deductions reports, statutory reports, etc. (prepared by the vendor) and having the payouts made. We are looking for Candidates with: - Fluent French & good English - 2-3 years of Payroll experience (preferably for French entities) - Global HCM system working knowledge (e.g. SAP HR, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, Workday) - Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel) If on top of that you’re also cooperative, communicative and well-organised, do not hesitate to send us your CV.
