Operations Assistant (French and English) Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl Do you know English and German? Do you want to learn new skills and gain wide experience in the area of F&A and Customer Service? You don't have to have experience! One of the biggest BPO company is currently searching for candidates for the position of Accounting Operations Assistant with French and English to work in the office in Łódź, Poland. The main responsibility of this role is delivering high level of customer service in AR Collection activities: customer chasing, following on the customer's account, following and preparing daily reporting on business request. Duties: Providing information to customers; Registering of queries; Contacting with vendors, employees from business unit; Accounts reconciliations; Reporting. REQUIREMENTS Fluent French and English; Experience in Customer Service or other office work will be an asset; Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel.
