On behalf of our client, an international law company, we are looking for a person to hold the position of HR Reporting Assistant.
Main responsibilities on this position will include gathering and calculating business KPIs, preparing information to support audits and data analysis for management reports and pitches. Reporting Assistant will be also responsible for maintaining positive relationships with senior stakeholders as well as for seeking improvement of HR systems and end data by cooperating with HRIS and IT teams.
Candidate for this position should have an university degree (preferably in area of Finance or Mathematics), previous experiences in data collecting, analysis and reporting. Fluent English is required as well as good knowledge of IT tools (Oracle BI, Excel, Power Point). Working with significant amount of important data requires candidate to be a well organized person, with solid analytical skills and attention to details. In addition, high level communication skills will help in building relationships with stakeholders.
