Customer Service Specialist with Italian and Greek

For our Client, a global FMCG leader, we are currently looking for Italian and Greek speakers who want to join an international planning center as well as build and develop professional career within customer service process area in Warsaw.
Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for creation and management of manual orders (non-revenue or revenue), order acknowledgement and validation as well as order maintenance and delivery creation for Italian and Greek customers. He/She will be cooperating with Logistics department (either internal or 3PL) to consolidate orders/deliveries into optimized shipments. Additionally, Customer Service Specialist will develop customer communications and relations to facilitate effective order to invoice fulfillment (including launching new item, prolonging stock issues, investigating and resolving order management and delivery issues).
We are looking for young potentials who want to build and develop professional career within an international and friendly environment and who possess well-developed communication skills and excellent command of Italian and Greek . Knowledge of SAP system and some professional experience in customer service/ logistics area could be an asset; however, it is not essential.
