Career opportunity: Customer Service Representative with Swedish/Danish
For our Client in Wroclaw, an international company within medical sector, we are looking for Customer Service Representative to provide support for Nordic countries.
Working on this position you will be mainly responsible for implementation of the company strategy and develop Customer Care initiatives and achievement of customer satisfaction to the highest standard, while maintaining set service levels. Your duties will also include resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner, identify any potential shortcomings in the service provided and present solutions; ensuring effective communication throughout the organization; maintaining and developing relationships with key customers; working effectively in a team and contribute to the success of business.
To be successful on this position you need to speak very good English and Swedish/Danish and ideally have previous experience in Customer Services.
