Credit to Collections Specialist Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl Our client is a global organization that develops a Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, Poland. On behalf of the company we are looking for a Credit to Collections Specialist. Your main responsibility as a Credit to Collections Specialist will be performing customer credit analysis and preparing recommendation of customer credit limits, payment terms and risk classes. Within the role you will also be responsible for contacting customers for payment, escalating collection issues, clearing credit notes and associated dispute cases and preparing periodic statements for customers. In order to be successful on this position you should have Bachelor’s Degree in economics/ finance related discipline with 1 year of experience in Credit & Collections. We seek a professional with excellent analytical and communication skills, very good knowledge of Excel and ability to work under pressure. You need to speak fluent English and one of the other European language(Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, French).
