For one of the Shared Services Centres of a multinational prestigious organisation based in Poznań we are looking for a Recruiting & Marketing Business Partner.
Your new role
You will be working closely with the Recruitment Department, agencies and other vendors. One of your task will be also creation and coordination of academic promotional events and job fairs. You will represent the company outside, maintain its online presence and participate in creating employer branding and marketing strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have a University degree, preferably in HR, marketing or communication and around 1-2 years of experience working in a corporate environment and in Employer Branding activities, social media and organising campus events. Proficiency in English is essential.
