For our Client a Global Business Service centre in Krakow we are looking for HR Specialist- Talent Acquisition with Dutch or French language.
Your new role
As HR Specialist for Learning and Development you will be responsible for: coordination of training logistics, managing participant lists and nominations, cooperation with external vendors. You will be in close collaboration with the Center of Expertise and other internal stakeholders. You will deliver best in class learning and development service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. You will input data and maintain data in the learning and development related systems. You will provide regular and ad-hoc reports related to learning and development processes.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in HR function, a Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years of relevant experience. We are looking for proficiency in business English + minimum B2 level of one of the following languages: Spanish/Portuguese, French or Italian. We are looking for proactive candidates with a strong “can do” attitude, great communication skills.
