For our Client a Global Business Service centre in Krakow we are looking for HR Team Lead for Travel Management team with Spanish or Dutch or French language.
Your new role
As HR Team Lead for Travel Management you will be responsible for delivery of global services relating to Travel Management both to the business and to other HR stakeholders, management of Travel Management team, providing travel administration related services. The typical tasks that team would be responsible for are e.g. doing bookings, travel approvals and processing of expense claims.You will manage the team with a strong focus on effective operational execution. You will ensure the quality and accuracy of Travel Management processes by monitoring execution, overseeing organization of the team and appropriately allocating work and assignments to individual team members. You will support people development by providing regular coaching and training to the team members.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need previous broad experience in an HR function as well as prior experience in a core Travel Management role. Completed a degree in higher education (e.g. BA), or gained equivalent experience. We are looking for candidates with advanced level (C1) of business English and minimum B2 level of the following languages: Spanish or Dutch or French. You will need an excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills. On top of this, we are looking for candidates with successful team handling and delegations skills.
