HR Specialist – Travel and Expenses Management with languages

For our Client a Global Business Service centre in Krakow we are looking for HR Specialist- – Travel and Expenses Management with Spanish/Portuguese or French or Dutch language.
Your new role
You will support and/or administer the business travel related activities: bookings, travel approvals, processing expense claims. You will maintain good data quality in HR systems related to Travel and provide on-demand reports related to all travel processes. Typical tasks would be: Travel Expense Adjustments / Corrections, Change of status for Travel Expense Reports in SAP or other systems, Supporting other functions with Travel Reports
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Very good level (B2 minimum) of business English and Spanish/Portuguese or French or Dutch language (B2 minimum). We are looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service orientation. You should also have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
In addition, the following would be preferable: exposure to SAP tools and interest towards different aspects of Travel and Expense Management.
