Our Client is a dynamically growing company with offices based in Cracow. This opportunity is for a long term contract where you will touch all foundations of Human Resource Management.
At the position of HR Admin Support you will be responsible for a variety of functions within HR. You will provide functional support to all employees for all personnel related matters, including all employee lifecycle related changes and documentation from hire to retire. You will regularly engage with stakeholders across the business and provide advice and support on key HR matters.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the HR function, with a focus on providing support in transfers, promotions, salary upgrades and other employment life cycle management related matters. You will have experience in being the first point of contact for day to day HR related queries.
We are looking for Candidates with proficiency in business English and one of following European languages: Spanish/ Italian/ French/ Dutch/ German. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service orientation are also desirable.
