Employee Lifecycle Management Specialist with Dutch/ French/ Italian or Spanish

For our Client, newly established SSC based in Cracow, we are currently looking for HR Specialist to join Employee Lifecycle Management team.
While working at this role, your key tasks and responsibilities will be to ensure all employee lifecycle related changes and documentation from hire to retire are processed according to the defined Service Level Agreements. You will be responsible for administration and monitoring all life cycle (transfers, leaves of absence, ending of employments, promotions, awards and salary changes) company’s employees.
To be successful in this role you will need bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience. Excellent English and one of following languages: Spanish/ Italian/ French/ Dutch are also required (B2/C1).
We are looking for Candidates with strong customer service orientation and proactive way of working with a “can do” attitude. Interest towards different aspects of Employee Lifecycle, local Labor Law would be an asset.
