For our Client, well known innovative technologies company which is currently opening new GBS in Cracow, we are currently looking for Compensation & Benefits Administrator with Spanish/French/Italian or Dutch languages.
While working at this role you will be responsible for HR related tasks, including: delivering HR support to employees and managers, executing compensation & benefits processes, collecting and consolidating data (e.g. annual salary review). What is more, you will be also responsible for answering employees all compensation and benefits related queries, all time ensuring they are marked in HR system.
We are looking for Candidates with very good English language level and one of following: Spanish/French/Italian or Dutch (B2 level is a must). Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, as well as customer service oriented skills are also required. An ideal Candidate is also interested in Compensation & Benefits area.
