Your new role
The Associate Recruiter/HR Generalist will provide with sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews of relevant candidates against allocated job requirement for the EMEA Region. The new role will manage report sourcing and screening activities on a real time basis. Additionally the role will maintain internal database of candidates, makes offers of employment to successful candidates and assist with payroll activities.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate should have 1-2 years of experience within Human Resources, University degree and proficiency in English (B2/C1). We are looking for candidates with ability to learn sourcing techniques in job portals and source relevant profiles. You should be a good team player with good communication skills.
