Experience ensuring resources and potential use of sub contractors are organised accordingly.
Aim to achieve branch functions KPI's
Clear focus around cost management
Strong background and understanding of repairs and maintenance
Proven Ability to manager performance across a variety of trades.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Keep up to date in changes and developments in their area of expertise
Experience with their own technical, project or supervisory responsibilities.
Ability to perform complex financial and technical responsibilities.
Experience monitoring compliance with required standards, policies and procedures.
Senior stakeholder engagement experience
To perform a proportion of pre and post inspections for your service area.
Ensure H&S procedures and policies are strictly followed and adhered too.
