To strengthen our Marketing team, we are looking for an internationally experienced Global Process Owner Sales and After Sales Your mission: In this position you will be responsible for sales and after sales processes effectiveness on group level. Your role also involves the implementation and continuous improvement of common sales and after sales processes across all Zehnder Group business units. With your experience in business sales you will monitor and optimize the sales process procedures and coordinate local process owners sales and after sales to ensure a harmonised process definition. Your expertise allows you to analyse the market, identify trends and understand the customers. You will work closely with the Head of Sales EMEA as well as the relevant business units. Your competencies: You have a business degree (BA/MA) with a major in Business Administration and/ or Engineering. You are familiar with web shop systems and projects and in addition you have at least ten years of relevant professional experience in an international, industrial environment. You are valued for your excellent communication skills and high motivation. Fluent German and English, along with the readiness to travel internationally (50% primarily in Europe), are required for this position.
