    .Deliver CFR incluDing R&R of >98.5%, understandng of key root causes & trends, action plans to tackle key issues
    .Support customer and channel targets (NSV and CC, cash and Case Fill Rate)
    .Brilliant execution and demand smoothing at peak periods with customer & internal functions
    .Ensure relevant communications & information is shared with customer and internal stakeholders, supported by improved processes and ways of working
    .Manage service levels and escalations for key customers utilising effective relationships with GDBS (Budapest)
    .Inform and support commercial teams on roles & responsibilities to improve capability and drive a culture on business improvement
    Owns & leads Supply Chain Customer Collaboration agenda with customers
    .Develop and agree supply chain joint business plan (JBPs) in line with customer strategy to create value and reduce cost
    .Maximise sales via 'sell out' and on-shelf availability engagement with top customers
    .Explore with customers new areas of collaboration which can deliver joint value creation and 'win/win' situations
    .Identify, implement and track Supply Chain R&Os

    Supports business forecasting process at the agreed horizon and level

    .Supports joint forecasting, both internally and with customers as defined by cross-functionally (supply chain, commercial, finance) aligned process

    .Key input to forecasts:
    Market/customer intelligence at agreed horizon, level and phasing to BDM team to enable alignment on weekly forecasts and reporting to track performance
    Peak Planning Cross functional team. (at critical times eg Half Year, Full Year)

    .Support clarity and continuous improvement in S&OP process using sell out (EPOS), stock in trade and market intelligence

    Customer Supply Chain Management
    .Knowledge of customer end to end supply chains
    o identify synergies and impacts between the two
    o Customer engagement & collaboration strategies with relevant customers

    Essential qualifications/experience required

    *Significant experience in FMCG Company in customer supply chain or customer services, demand or supply planning role with customer facing experience.
    .This role may also be suitable for an individual from a commercial background who has a strong fit with the below skill set and capability/interest to develop supply chain expertise
    .Builds strong collaborative relationships within and outside of supply chain team
    .Ability to motivate and inspire the team
    .Drive strategy through to execution
