Salary: 50000.00-55000.00 British Pound . GBP (Annual)
You will be responsible for the overall management of new demans into IS from nominated business units. (CRM,ERP,SAP,Financial Solutions, Contact Centre, Telephony Solutions)
To provide functional business unit guidance to the service delivery team, to support the management of complex and significant incidents/outages/service failures.
Accountable for the definition of services to be provided to the functional/business area. Ensuring services are designed and delivered in accordance with the needs of your business area. Working directly with the Service Delivery team in defining and effecting changes necessary to maintain the satisfaction of your business area. You will act as the point of escalation for any service issues for your business areas, ensuring adequate and timely resolution.
New Demand & Resourcing:
* Accountable for the management of new demand "funnel" for your nominated business unit.
Strategy & Planning:
* Ensuring that the strategy and plans of your business units are represented in the overall IS strategy.
* To Provide Functional business unit guidance to the service delivery team, to support the management of complex and significant incidents/outages/service failures
Communications and Stakeholder Management:
* Ensure your business area is fully informed of all key IS activities through regularscheduled meetings, MPR updates and attendance at their monthly team meetings
* Accountable for defining and creating accurate SLA's and associated reporting between IS and the wider Business.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff at all levels within the business, including executive and senior management.
