Helpdesk Administrator Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl Salary: 15000.00-20000.00 British Pound . GBP (Annual)   We are currently looking for an Administrator to support a busy construction company based in Birmingham. You will be responsible for all admin duties across the business. Key to this Administrator role is the ability to be highly organised and self-motivated. Applicants without the necessary experience will not be considered. The day to day duties include: Booking direct labour to various sites across the midlands Organising DBS Checks for staff Checking overtime hours for staff Liaising with client sites to organise access Creating and maintaining project files, including preparing Health and Safety files as well as Operation and Maintenance files Document control Collating weekly reports Diary management Arranging meetings, preparation of meeting agenda and taking then cascading minutes to relevant departments Maintaining internal databases and chasing up potential supplier documents Collation and returning weekly timesheets as required Admin support for several teams within the company Key Skills Experience working within a Construction Administration role IT literate Proficient with MS Office Suite Excellent telephone manner Able to communicate at all levels Please note that whilst we appreciate all applications due to the sheer number of applications if you are not successful you will not hear back from us.
