    Autoglym is a British manufacturer of a premium range of vehicle care and valeting products, which are sold in over 45 countries. As the holder of two Royal Warrants our products are used by enthusiasts and professionals and include customers such as vehicle manufacturers, major high street retailers, car dealerships, distributors, professional valeting companies and transport operators.

    We are currently looking for a Technical Service Specialist to join our friendly Technical Team. The territory will include the following postcodes; RG, SO, PO, BH, SP, SN, GL, WR, HR, BA, DT, TA, LD, EX, PL. To be considered you will ideally live in or around the Bristol or Bath area

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • To provide practical in field demonstrations and training for each of the Autoglym product ranges.
    • To work closely with Franchisees and Autoglym staff to provide Technical support required to achieve the Marketing and Sales initiatives of the company.
    • To provide a technical response service for customers of all product ranges.
    • Promote all Autoglym products and services to both the sales network and the end-user.
    • Provide territory cover for new business demonstrations
    • To participate in product innovation and new product development ??
    • Provide customer support for major complaint issues
    • Attend regional and national shows which may require working outside normal working hours.

    To be successful you will need to have the following experience and personal characteristics:

    • Previous experience in training others
    • Previous handling of customer complaints
    • Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Office packages
    • Experience of dealing with customers by telephone, email and face to face
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Must hold full UK driving licence
