    FinLeap is a company builder in the FinTech sector based in Berlin. The group was founded in 2014 and builds 6 to 8 companies per year equipping them with seed funding between €0.5-5m each. Here, people from many different backgrounds gather to shape the future of finance. For our ambitious People & Organization Team, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Recruiting Manager (m/f) who can attract and select exceptional talent and contribute to the overall success of our portfolio companies.

    You can talk code, are a pro at spotting potential and an expert at deciphering your hiring managers' tech needs? You get answers out of the quietest of quiet developers and enjoy seeing them in their element once they're on board? Join our team as a tech recruiting expert and take the challenge of staffing 9 (and counting) tech-driven FinLeap portfolio companies with the masterminds we need to build and run our sophisticated products.
    Your Role & Responsibilities:
    You take responsibility for staffing the engineering team of our early stage ventures, working directly with co-founders and CTOs
    You take care of the entire recruiting process - from conducting professional telephone- and onsite interviews to contract negotiation and closing "the deal"
    You keep track of and optimize relevant recruiting channels which go beyond general LinkedIn search to find the right match
    You use GitHub, Stackoverflow and other technical recruiting sources in your day-to-day work
    You assure a positive candidate experience and a stringent process reliability amongst all stakeholders internally
    You stay up-to-date on current tech-industry developments, compensation/benefits topics and compile salary benchmarks that are in line with current market standards
    You identify relevant tech-conferences, career and other social networking events and represent us there
    Your profile:
    You bring at least 3 years of work experience in recruitment, with a focus on product and tech roles in the digital industry
    You hold a bachelor's or master's degree (or similar education) - ideally in psychology, business administration with focus human resources focus or another similar field
    You are fluent in English and preferably in German, another foreign language is a plus
    You are able to apply your expertise in personnel diagnostics and interview techniques to your daily work
    You are familiar with current tech-compensation schemes, additional knowledge of German Labor Law is a plus
    You have excellent negotiation skills and a natural feel for contract and salary negotiation
    You have a passion for tech-recruiting and enjoy finding the best talent for the job
    You work thoroughly, independently and pragmatically, keeping your concentration even in periods of high stress
