Continuous Improvement Manager | Cambridgeshire Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl Do you strive to continuously improve not just yourself but others around you and the business you work for? We're looking for someone to energetically and efficiently facilitate the CI plan within a growing company to deliver outstanding results in Quality, Cost and Delivery with Safety as your primary consideration - across two sites. The Role Implementation and monitoring of all aspects of the strategy which is currently being rolled out. Act as an internal 'champion' for productivity efficiency across the UK businesses. Key member of the site teams supporting Lean initiatives across the business. Continuously reviewing and analysing the workflows. Leading any project initiatives / roll out of new productivity improvement. Work on solutions for productivity improvement i.e. Employee Engagement, Training etc. The Candidate You will already have some previous CI experience in a similar growing/fresh produce environment. Operational backgrounds with understanding of large scale, labour intensive environments. Experience of managing and delivering change in a large scale manual operating environment. You will understand the delivery of lean solutions in a progressive business. You'll be a self-starter with the ability to gain buy in and influence others. It will help if you come from an engineering background potentially in the automotive industry and you'll enjoy the outdoors and getting stuck in out in the field.
