On behalf of our Client, international company, we are currently seeking for a new colleague in the HR department to work closely with the Country HR Manager in order to build a great new team and to become a great place to work.
The role is part of a newly established Global Business Services center in Cluj Napoca.
Your new role
You will be in charge of creating and managing all HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and personnel file. At the same time making sure that the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation and act as a first point of contact for all HR-related queries. Among your other responsibilities is to informs departments and or suppliers on new employees transmitting them all the information needed for employment and to offer support and participates at the employer branding events.
What you'll need to succeed
Good knowledge of the labor law (European legislation comes as a plus)
Advanced level of English and German
Strong administration skills
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office- Excel
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
